RRCC is please top announce the acquisition of The Chapel Hill Shoppes in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio. This 85,000 Square foot neighborhood center is located just on the other side of Target from our other center in Cuyahoga Falls. The center is located on Howe Avenue just off interstate 8 in a very dense retail corridor. Our major tenants include, Michaels Crafts, Staples, The Brick House Restaurant, Panera Bread and Jimmy Johns, just to name a few.

RRCC has finalized the early Lease re-newels for both Verizon and Starbucks at the Cuyahoga Falls Center. Starbucks has consolidated it’s 2- 5 year options into one 10 year, with both tenants having also just completed major store re-models, which reinforces their commitment to this vibrant shopping center.

 

Shillington PA:

RRCC is pleased to announce that both Sherwin Williams and Subway have early exercised their 5 year options. Subway will also be completing its store re-model.

RRCC has finalized a 10 year Lease, with multiple options, with Dollar General for a 10,200 square foot store. We are very pleased to have Dollar General join our line-up of successful tenants, which include; Net Cost Markets, Quest Diagnostics, UPS and many many more.

RRCC has successfully concluded an early Lease extension with Starbucks through 2028. This power center, Drive-Thru location has proven to be very dynamic for Starbucks and all of our valued Tenants.

 

Southport Plaza, IN:

RRCC is pleased to announce a new Lease with Mark’s Mattress Outlet.  Mark’s is joining an impressive Tenant rooster including Bob’s Discount Furniture, PETCO, Shoe Carnival and Leslie Pools. Marks is a regional bedding retailer with over 30 stores in 3 States.

 

Station Place, IN:

RRCC has finalized a Lease with QDiscovery for 5,188 Square feet of prime office space. QDiscovery is a leader in data collection services, forensic investigations and consulting.

 

Recent new Leases also include; The National Association of Charitable Giving for 2,682 Square feet, MSK2 for 1,798 Square feet, a nationally recognized urban design and planning company.

RRCC is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Cuyahoga Falls Market Center, a 76,358 square foot 100% occupied, power center located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, which is part the Akron MSA.

 

The Center is located on Howe Avenue just off interstate 8, in the heart of the central retail corridor. The centers impressive roster of tenants include, PetSmart, Five Below, Big Lots, Chipotle, Verizon and Starbucks and is directly adjacent to Home Depot, Best Buy and Target. “We are very happy with this quality acquisition in such a mature and stable market.  This tenant mix, with very little “on-line sales” vulnerability,  fits our model perfectly and we look forward to more such acquisitions” quoted Ben Braunstein, President of Realty Resource Capital Corp.

 

 

April 2017:

 

Levittown, PA: RRCC announces the acquisition of a 25,000 square foot retail center. The center will be completely renovated with a new façade, lighting, roof etc.

 

Our current tenants include Dollar General, Citizen bank and a well-established neighborhood butcher/ grocery plus a 7,000 square foot vacancy which will also be made ready for a new tenant. The location is AAA with a very high car count in a densely populated market just off I95.This is our 6th retail asset in the market bringing our total square footage to over 300,000.

 

 

January 2017:

 

Station Place in Indianapolis: RRCC is very pleased to announce the acquisition of Station Place, a 90,000 Square foot historical office building located at 200 South Meridian Street, in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. The property contains approximately 70,000 SF of unique office space, geared to the tech and other growth industries in downtown Indy, plus two long established restaurants totaling 20,000 square feet. Located a few blocks from Bankers life stadium, Lucas oil stadium and the 1.3 mil square foot convention center, the property, through a unique “pedway” system is also attached to the Omni Hotel and the 700,000 square foot Simon Mall. “ We are very excited about this new acquisition, as downtown Indianapolis is experiencing extremely strong growth and Station Place is poised to capitalize on this with a very special, user friendly building in a superior location. Southport Plaza Shopping Center in Indianapolis: “RRCC is very excited to announce that Bob’s Discount Furniture has leased 33,000 SF, joining our successful line up of retailers including PETCO, Shoe Carnival and Leslie Pools. Bob’s will be replacing Kittles Rooms Express and the anticipated opening is in the early Spring of 2017. With over 75 current locations, primarily in the North East, Bob’s is now aggressively expanding throughout the Mid-West and beyond.”

 

 

September 2016:

 

Bluegrass Plaza, Philadelphia: 2 Leases totaling 2,227 square feet were executed with 2 quality local business.

 

Fishers Corner, Indiana: Leased 1,600 square feet to Pita Land, a multi chain Mediterranean restaurant.

 

Bucks Center: Bucks County PA: David’s Bridal executed an early Lease extension for an additional 10 years and completed a gut renovation for their new concept store. “We are proud to have David’s Bridal as one of our long standing tenants of over 18 years in this center and their renovation and Lease extension confirms their ongoing commitment and success in this market.” Quoted Ben Braunstein, President of RRCC.

The acquisition of The Milmont Shops 12,000 SF, Built in 2008 and located on West MacDade Blvd. in Ridley Township, PA. (Philadelphia MSA). A 2-story Medical/Retail Center.

 

Purchase Price: $3,355,000 which represents an 8.6% levered return.
