The Center is located on Howe Avenue just off interstate 8, in the heart of the central retail corridor. Levittown, PA: RRCC announces the acquisition of a 25,000 square foot retail center. The center will be completely renovated with a new façade, lighting, roof etc.

 

Our current tenants include Dollar General, Citizen bank and a well-established neighborhood butcher/ grocery plus a 7,000 square foot vacancy which will also be made ready for a new tenant. The location is AAA with a very high car count in a densely populated market just off I95.This is our 6th retail asset in the market bringing our total square footage to over 300,000.
